From Farm to Cup Excellence

Our coffee is of high specialty & premium quality with unique quality attributes; related to fragrance, aroma tastes and preferences associated to specialty coffee niche markets.

This is contributed by tropical weather, fertile and minerals rich volcanic red soils and topography in the Highlands around the slopes of Aberdare ranges and Mount Kenya.

KENYA AA

Class 1 or 2

The highest grade of Kenyan coffee, considered one of the world's finest with good acidity, silky body, and notes of apricot, citrus, and currant.

  • Grown above 6,600 feet elevation
  • Tones of passion fruit and wine
  • Perfect balance of body and acidity
  • Blackcurrant flavor profile

KENYA AB

Class 2 & 3

Slightly smaller than AA with very bright acidity, medium body and hint of blackberry. The most plentiful grade in consignments.

  • 6.8mm & 6.2mm screen size mix
  • Longer shelf life than AA
  • Bright acidity with blackberry notes
  • Most abundant grade available

KENYA PB

Peaberry Grade

Peaberry beans with more intense flavor profile that depends on the roasting process. Unique rounded single-seed formation.

KENYA C

Class 4 or 5

Small beans grown under the same conditions as AB, with bright acidity and fresh floral smell. Excellent value for blends.
